Watch a short film of Barney Taxel shooting food
To help celebrate the 2014 holiday season Taxel Creative’s owner, founder, and principle food photographer Barney Taxel collaborated with James Douglas Studio and Edible Cleveland to create Round Up For Hunger for the benefit of The Cleveland Food Bank. Barney styled and photographed the twelve dishes the featured chefs threw in James Douglas’ Food Fight, a production promoting Edible Cleveland’s Round Up For Hunger. Eating at one of the thirteen participating restaurants raised funds for The Cleveland Food Bank. Barney regularly collaborates with the regions top chefs, stylists, bakers and mixologists providing maximum photographic and artistic return for his client’s photography investment. Barney’s food photography career is profiled by food writer Doug Trattner here.
